The Brass Skillet started with one pan and a stubborn idea: food cooked to order in cast iron just tastes better. We smash our burgers to a crisp lace edge, fry hash browns in beef dripping, and finish everything with a pinch of flaky salt. Look for the blue van around the harbourside most weekends — and if the warm skillet brownie is on the board, don't overthink it.
